User Agreement

This User Agreement (“SEZDEN TURİZM SEYAHAT REKLAM TİCARET VE SAN. LTD. ŞTİ.”) governs the use of the website (“Sezginn.com”) operated by Sezginn.com, a travel agency, in compliance with Turkish laws and regulations.   7. Termination Sezginn.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s access to the Website, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice or liability.

  8. Waiver The failure of Sezginn.com to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision unless acknowledged and agreed to in writing.

  9. Language The original version of this Agreement is prepared in the Turkish language. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Turkish version and any translation, the Turkish version shall prevail.

    By using the Website, users acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this User Agreement, including any future revisions or updates. If users do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, they should discontinue using the Website.
